Shimmy Shape-Up is not just for Belly Dancers but for anyone who wants to keep up with their strength and flexibility. Hadia combines isometric holds and stretches to improve range of motion in belly dance technique. Drills with basic belly dance technique is also included. This part keeps the heart rate up and helps dancers increase endurance for longer and successful sets. A yoga mat is required and of course, bring your water.
