Not sure what class to take?

A great addition to other classes but if you also have any physical restrictions and want to learn the ARTFORM? This is the class for you. You will learn slower movements and silk props such as veils and fan veils.

Never took a Bellydance Class before and just want to take a fun fitness class OR You know some shimmies and want to practice to improve your technique.  Shimmyology is a fun fitness class.  Focuses on flexibility, strengthening and toning. Great for all levels. Bring a yoga mat.

The Second hals of this class (6:45-7:30) will be more adv. technique and choreography. The Shimmyology students are welcome to stay and participate but I will focus on the more adv. students. The adv. students will be given opportunities to perform. We will focus more on Style, Self expression and arms

You know some shimmies or have taken some previous classes but a bit rusty? Or you have taken my classes in the past? Hadia teaches a Modern Cabaret style of BellyDance. This class is not advanced but will be fun and challenging.

Beg/Inter

Thursday 9:00am

If you never took any classes and want to learn the ART FORM? This is a slower paced class and I will break down the movements. If this class is too challenging I would recommend the Romance BellyDance and if it is too slow for you I would recommend the Beg/Int Class
